Why is David Gilliland is considered a turn down?
During the 2009 Coca-Cola 600, Gilliland (71) does not oppose to the last warning of the rain shortened event and he was placed in front of leaders. So how NASCAR.com said it completed a turn? Just curious, because I think it would be on the lead lap. Thank you in advance.
Because I never finished the last lap at Talladega The same thing happened with Carl Edwards was on the lead lap, but never finished the other way and all for what is counted as a round delay
